We all love French fries, so why not make them a little healthier? My sweet and spicy spuds are guilt-free!
Level: Easy
Total: 50 min
Active: 20 min
Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  1. 1 medium russet potato
  2. 1 medium sweet potato
  3. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  4. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  5. 1 teaspoon Hungarian paprika
  6. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  7. Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into thin sticks about 1/4-inch in thickness.
  2. Preheat a 2.5-liter air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  3. Place the potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Pour in the oil and sprinkle with the garlic powder, paprika, chili powder and 1 teaspoon salt. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Lay the potatoes in a single layer into the basket of the air fryer. Cook, tossing every 5 minutes, until crispy and browned along the edges, 15 to 20 minutes. (For best results, don’t overfill the basket.)
  5. Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and place on a serving platter.

Great recipe. Just think it odd that Katie Lee has 3 air fryer recipes that all have the same exact pic. Just alittle unfortunate
