Delicious and also healthy! They are popular with my two and three year olds as well as with friends and relatives who always gush about them.

Reviews
These were really good. Even with all the spices, not too overpowering.
Unfortunately, this recipe was a letdown for us. We followed the recipe exactly, and the fries turned out very dry with no flavor. It seems like there wasn’t enough oil for the amount of potatoes. This was evidenced by the fries never crisping. It seems like other people had better luck with it and really enjoy it though. Helpful Tips: 1. Several people suggest spraying the sheet pan with oil. DO IT! It will stick otherwise. 2. Add 2-4 tbsp EXTRA to the recipe. This should be enough oil to get the fries covered and crisp 3. Sprinkle of salt is needed on the fries prior to putting in the oven. It’s a given.
I used an air fryer to cook so there was no stirring required, I also shaved off 5min.
Should probably be cooked in the oven longer in my opinion.
Excellent! I bake them on parchment paper!
my husband said these are the best fries I have ever made
So easy, and so good! My whole family enjoyed these fries.
These are wonderful. It’s kinda hard to believe they came out of the oven!
These are delicious! And sooo easy – shake n bake! We cut the oil in half to save calories & fat. We also used “Slap Ya Mama” (hotter mix) for the cajun seasoning. We mixed some of this seasoning in with our ketchup too – plan to do this regularly as it really adds a nice flavor to boring ketchup. We plan to make these again and again and again and….
I eyeballed the seasonings, and used a little Lawry’s seasoning salt. Turned out delicious!
These turned out perfect! Followed the recipe exactly and took other reviewers’ advice and used parchment paper so no sticking to the pan. So good!
This is our new favorite way to have french fries
I picked up some “Slap Yo Mama” Cajun seasoning in Louisiana, and used it for this recipe. Family and friends loved it! This will be made again for sure.
I took the advice of other reviewers and sprayed my baking sheet with cooking spray. I made no changes to the recipe. These tasted great. Thank you for the wonderful recipe!
Great fries! My hubby and son loved them, and they’re very picky about fries.
So simple, so easy, and healthier than deep frying. I season mine with Creole spices.
I made the recipe per the instructions however I was not impressed with its outcome. I may try one more time and not bake quite as long since I found them to taste a bit overdone.
I scaled this down to 2 servings and was afraid the seasoning would not be enough, but it was perfect! Lots of flavor.
We did this at our house we had to add less oil but it was the BOMB??
We made these last minute and everyone loved them. Only changes we made were using 3 potatoes and baked them on a rack.
I recommend spraying your cooking sheet with non-stick spray. Other than that, these are the bomb.com! I was a little heavy handed with the seasoning and also added smoked paprika but that is the beauty with this recipe, it is open to changes.
