I don’t know what I did wrong. It came out cooked on top but extremely soggy on the bottom. I compared a couple of recipes. This one uses 4 more eggs (12) than others I looked at. Maybe too much egg mixture?? Or not enough bread, though I did fill the casserole dish. Who knows. Might try it again. If I do, and have different results, I’ll edit my review.
I made this for our my family’s Christmas morning brunch. It was a relief to prepare this the night before and it turned out perfect! Will definitely make again.
I’m making this right now. Very easy to follow. Using sugar free syrup.
So easy and was a hit! Definitely going in the repeat folder.
Super easy and everyone always loves it!
Very good! Very easy! Just added a tsp of vanilla!
Easy and delicious! Made recipe exactly as directed but added 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. Highly recommend for large families/kids!
Very easy to make. Tasted great and fed a crowd. I was amazed at how much it puffed up in the oven. Everyone was impressed. The only thing I did differently was sprinkle a bit of powdered sugar on top.
