This martinti is great and the pieapple juice adds the right amount of sweetness.
Do you use Dry Vermouth or sweet Vermouth? Do you mix it all in a pitcher and then to cocktail shaker prior to serving each guest?
Loved it and so did our guest.
Delicious! A nice change from the traditional martini (although there’s nothing wrong with a traditional martini)! Thanks Ina.
Hello! Its a Martini. Martini’s are nothing but Vodka or Gin. If you don’t like either then you are drinking the wrong drink. Very strong. Give me a break.
Next time I make this I will not use as much vodka as the recipe calls for. Both my husband I thought the vodka taste was too strong. Good recipe overall though!
We used less vodka and it was still very strong. We also used less vermouth because we do not like vermouth. It is a sweeter, fruity drink so we served it with Ina’s Bruschetta with Peppers and Gorgonzola. Delicious!
What is a good app. to pair with it?
Make it all the time now.
