Sunny’s Quick Horchata Fondue

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 to 3/4 cup sweetened vanilla-flavored rice milk, or more as needed
  2. 1 cinnamon stick
  3. 24 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  4. Pinch kosher salt
  5. Ground cinnamon, for dusting
  6. Dipper suggestions: blackberries, brownies, ridged potato chips, graham crackers, marshmallows, pretzel rods and strawberries

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, add the rice milk and cinnamon stick. Heat over medium heat until warm, then turn off the heat and add the chocolate and salt. Let sit for a minute, then stir to melt. If too loose, just cook a bit longer; if not loose enough, add more rice milk. Top with a dusting of cinnamon and serve with the suggested dippers and more!
