Help me. Love Alton and can’t rate because I don’t know the amount of mix to milk/water. What am I missing. And yes probably user error so don’t come after me

We love this recipe. I have added half a cup of grounded up cocoa 60% and above to the recipe.

Incredibly tasty, even though I had to replace the powdered milk with regular milk and remove the water. Even better with a bit of soy milk.

I’ve made at least 2 batches every winter, for the past several winters.  I think it’s great as is, but I just tweak it if I want–by adding cinnamon, instant coffee, or extra milk / half and half.  It’s healthier if I don’t add the additional dairy.

They forgot the marshmallows!?!?!?!?

Wait. This recipe totally left out the malted milk which I think was supposed to be the key ingredient. Powdered milk is not the same thing at all.
