With rum, mint leaves, and lime-flavored seltzer, you can quickly construct a cocktail for two using this no-sweat mojito recipe.

Ingredients

  1. 6 sprigs fresh mint, divided
  2. 1 teaspoon white sugar
  3. 3 ounces white rum
  4. 1 (12 fluid ounce) can lime-flavored seltzer water

Instructions

  1. Muddle 4 mint sprigs and sugar together in a mixing glass until crushed.
  2. Add rum and stir to dissolve sugar. Strain into 2 ice-filled Collins or rocks glasses. Top with lime-flavored seltzer and garnish each glass with a remaining mint sprig.

A good skinny mojito recipe. I reduced the sugar to 1/4 tsp & that may have been to much. I used homemade seltzer & added fresh lime juice for extra flavor.
