Ingredients
- 6 sprigs fresh mint, divided
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 3 ounces white rum
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can lime-flavored seltzer water
Instructions
- Muddle 4 mint sprigs and sugar together in a mixing glass until crushed.
- Add rum and stir to dissolve sugar. Strain into 2 ice-filled Collins or rocks glasses. Top with lime-flavored seltzer and garnish each glass with a remaining mint sprig.

A good skinny mojito recipe. I reduced the sugar to 1/4 tsp & that may have been to much. I used homemade seltzer & added fresh lime juice for extra flavor.
