Ingredients
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- ½ teaspoon whole cloves
- ⅛ teaspoon ground allspice
- ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ lemon, zested
Instructions
- Combine cinnamon sticks, cloves, allspice, and nutmeg in an airtight container. Add lemon zest when making mulled cider.
- This mix is enough for 1 liter of cider (4 cups), approximately eight 4-ounce servings.
- You can substitute 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon for the cinnamon sticks and 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves for the whole cloves.
