This coconut chiffon cake is a delicate, moist cake with a coconut flavor and scent.

Ingredients

  1. 1 (6 ounce) container Yoplait® yogurt, any flavor

Instructions

  1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Transfer yogurt to a small resealable plastic bag. Snip off 1 corner of the bag and pipe dots onto the prepared cookie sheet.
  3. Freeze yogurt drops on the cookie sheet until hard, about 1 hour.
  4. Peel drops from the parchment paper. Eat as is, mix them into oatmeal, or throw them on top of berries.
