Easy Grilled Quail

When I was younger, I always begged my mother to cook chicken and dumplings. Now, I also swear by this easy recipe!

Ingredients

  1. ½ teaspoon parsley flakes
  2. ½ teaspoon paprika
  3. ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  4. ¼ teaspoon salt
  5. ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
  6. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  7. 4 quail

Instructions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  2. Combine parsley, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add olive oil and stir until evenly combined. Brush seasoned oil over both sides of the quail.
  3. Grill for 8 minutes. Carefully flip with tongs and grill for 8 minutes more.

This was a fabulous recipe. I grilled 4 quail on the charcoal grill marinated exactly as the recipe called for. My husband ate 3. It was really good
