Easy Bread Machine Dinner Rolls

A zesty lemon-dill vinaigrette is drizzled over butter beans that are tender and fennel that is crisp. To give the beans time to absorb the dressing, prepare it the day before serving.

Yield: 15 servings

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup water
  2. 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  3. 1 egg
  4. 3 ½ cups White Lily® All Purpose Wheat Flour, or more as needed
  5. ¼ cup sugar
  6. 1 ¼ teaspoons salt
  7. 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
  8. Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Place water, butter, egg, 3 cups flour blend, sugar, salt and yeast in bread machine pan in order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Dough/Manual cycle. During initial mixing cycle, open lid and scrape down sides of bread pan as necessary. As dough mixes, add just enough additional flour blend to create a soft dough. When Dough/Manual cycle is complete, remove dough from bread machine pan. Place on lightly floured surface.
  2. Coat 13 x 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Pat dough into rectangle. Cut with pizza cutter or serrated knife into 15 equal pieces. Shape each into a ball. Place evenly in prepared pan. Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled, about 35 to 45 minutes.
  3. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Uncover rolls. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or cool completely on wire rack.

These turned out great. I did an egg wash and sprinkled “everything bagel seasoning” on top before baking. These were so very tasty and I will definitely make again very soon.

Amazingly soft and moist! Followed exactly the 1st time and then started adding 2 tablespoons of honey when the bread maker beeps to add extras. Absolutely love it!

No changes, they just came out of the oven and they look awesome. We are having STEAK STIRFRY for dinner with fresh rolls.

made these for dinner tonight, but with one change, added a cup of sourdough starter to recipe, they smell so good….and taste so yummy

I made this and the only think struggled with was getting the rolls cut. I ended up pinching off pieces so they were very inconsistent in terms of size.

Easy and yummy. I snuck in some flax seed which can toughen the bread. Still delicious.

Easy, fluffy, and delicious!

Love these rolls, they are always a big hit! I prefer to halve the sugar and make them more savory – brush with butter and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning before baking. Fabulous! They are great on their own with a little butter or to make slider sized sandwiches.

AWESOME! I was out of wheat flour so I used all purpose white. Just as I was about to pop them in the oven the electric went off, and power company said it would be off for about 4 hours – so I turned the gas grill on and put small loaf pans (open side up) on the grill. After heating it to 375 (luckily mine has a thermostat) I put the rolls in and kept an eye on the temperature. Had to adjust it a few times and the bottoms were “extra brown” even with the loaf pans keeping it off the grill but they were SO GOOD! My 5 year old grandson is just getting over the stomach flu and was going to be visiting so I made these thinking he might like them – he loved them and ate 2 big ones and took all the leftovers home with him. So easy too – I’ll be making these again, but not on the grill, lol. I’m also going to experiment with freezing them before cooking – it would be wonderful to have just a few for a dinner instead of a big pan and leftovers.

I used my bread machine on the dough setting then shaped and let rise until double and baked. So delicious and easy!

These were amazing! So easy to throw together in the bread machine, no kneading, all ingredients I had on hand, and best of all, DELICIOUS! I made 12 instead of 15 and they came out big enough to use as hamburger buns but they are so good on their own. Light, fluffy, and just a touch of sweetness. I will definitely be making these again and again.

These were super easy, soft and delicious! I did add some fresh minced Rosemary and YUM!

Best recipe for quick buns for a last minute high-class meal! I didn’t use a bread machine. I used a Bosch and let them rise 30 minutes before shaping them into balls. They still turn out wonderful and taste amazing!

I followed the recipe but used a different brand of flour. My dough came out of the bread machine way too wet and sticky. I tried to knead in some more flour just so I could try to shape into buns. Not sure if I will make again.
