I have never used a better beef marinade than this one. The recipe is highly sought after! I use it on London broil, but you can use it on any beef cut.

Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup mascarpone cheese
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 5 tablespoons miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 (7.2 ounce) package Original Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®
Instructions
- Cream together peanut butter, mascarpone cheese, honey, vanilla and salt until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Serve with Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps® for dipping.
- If you make it ahead of time or have leftovers make sure to refrigerate.

5 stars for edibility, 3 for pointless ingredients. The mascarpone gave it a lovely texture, but all you can really taste is the peanut butter. Next time I won’t bother with honey, salt, or vanilla.
This was good, but we didn’t love it. Something about the texture and the honey/peanut butter/chocolate combo was unappealing to my kids. If you’re a fan of honey to sweeten you will probably like it.
