Crunchy Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Snack Bites

  4.8 – 9 reviews

A nearly too easy-to-follow dish can help you wow your family and guests. Cooked shrimp and a basic white sauce are spread over the fillets. This baked dish’s top is covered in grated Parmesan cheese. For this recipe, snapper, grouper, and catfish are all suitable options.

These are quite adequate. Good flavor between peanut, oats & chocolate with the sweetness of the honey. I used a small ice cream style scoop. They were coming out way too big so I measured out 2 TBS and seemed small but adequate. This is a good basic recipe I can have fun experimenting & substituting with in the future.

Made these for a football party and they were eaten up in no time. Several people asked for the recipe. I’d definitely make them again.

Its good, super easy to make but only giving 4 stars as I have had better. Don’t know whats missing, I will likely make it again, super super easy to make.

Awesome, easy to make. The second time I made them I added M&M’s. Did not use chopped peanuts either time. Rave reviews from everyone

I loved these except for one thing- I’m not a huge honey fan. I may try to add slightly less next time, but not enough to change the recipe drastically. For anybody using honey, I always spray the cup/spoon with cooking spray to keep the honey from entirely sticking to it.

These are great and addictive- unfortunately still really good out of the freezer, where I chose to hide them so I wouldn’t eat too many! I like using the mini chocolate chips- easier to roll. Also have added other nuts instead- walnuts, almonds or pecans, as well as coconut and flax seed meal.

I used 1 cup oats, 1/2 cup PB, 1/3 cup raw honey, 1/4 cup choc chips, 1/4 c chopped peanuts, added TBS chia seeds, tsp vanilla. I like the added crunch from the peanuts
