Becel Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Becel® Salted Plant-Based Bricks
  2. 4 cups icing sugar
  3. ¼ cup 2% milk
  4. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend Becel Salted Plant-Based Bricks with icing sugar, milk, and vanilla until blended. Beat on medium-high speed, scraping sides occasionally, until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  2. This recipe makes enough frosting to frost 24 cupcakes or 13 x 9 inch (33 x 23 cm) cake.
  3. The metric measures for this recipe are as follows: 250 mL Becel Salted Plant-Based Bricks, 1 L icing sugar, 60 mL 2% milk, and 10 mL vanilla extract.
