Ingredients

  1. 6 hard boiled eggs split longways
  2. 2 tablespoons sour cream
  3. 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  4. 1 tablespoon capers
  5. 2 tablespoons beluga caviar
  6. 2 bunches watercress

Instructions

  1. Remove the yolks from hard boiled eggs and mash with sour cream. Fold in chives and capers and spoon back into egg halves. Garnish with caviar and watercress and serve.

I didn’t have any sour cream but I had creme fraiche. Other than that, I followed the directions to a “t” and it was delicious! I’ll be making this again for a girl’s wine night!
