Ingredients

  1. Deselect All
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 1 cup water
  4. 5 slices unpeeled ginger
  5. Darjeeling tea

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan bring the sugar, water and ginger slices to a boil. Turn heat off and let sit 20 minutes to infuse the flavor. Use immediately or store with ginger left in, refrigerated. Make a pot of good first flush Darjeeling tea and sweeten it with the ginger syrup.
