  1. 1 to 2 ounces chocolate syrup
  2. 4 ounces milk
  3. Splash seltzer

Instructions

  1. Place chocolate syrup into tall glass. Add milk and stir. Add seltzer and stir.

I didnt have Ubet chocolate syrup…used Hersheys. If you want one bad enough…this will do!
