  4. 1 cup walnuts
  5. 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  6. 1/2 cup dried papaya pieces
  7. 1/2 cup pitted dried dates, chopped
  8. 1/2 cup hulled pumpkin seeds
  9. 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  10. 1 cup raisins
  11. Handful of flax seeds

Instructions
