This was delicious! I really liked the lime and cilantro (or even parsley) mix. Thank you!
Great flavor! I used brown basmati rice and veggie stock, It took longer than the 20 minutes cooking time, but that’s ok.
Amazing. We add corn and black beans and can’t wait to try it with brown rice! Better than a certain fast food chain!
I love this recipe! I did add more lime juice then called for, but I like a stronger citrus flavor. It was delicious!!!
I added the juice of three limes and the jest of one and substituted brown rice. This rice is delicious.
This rice was really great. My family really liked it, even my 3 year old. I’ll be putting it into rotation for sure!
This is a great recipe! The flavor is wonderful. I substitue olive oil for butter, making it a bit healthier. It’s a great summer side dish.
I use this rice with almost all Tex-Mex menus.
I didn’t use any lime peel and just used the juice of one lime. It came out great – nice subtle flavor, not overpowering. We put it in burritos and it tasted just like you get in the restaurants!
Goes great with pork ribs, good lite flavor very aromatic not overpowering will make again.
