Simple and flavorful.
I harvested some broccoli rabe from the garden and was looking for a recipe. Came across yours, and it was delicious. I cut the lemon rind in half however and it was a perfect.
Pretty good. Wasn’t in love with it, but since it’s a healthy dish it’s good enough to come back to.
I’m new to broccoli rabe, so the first bite is still a bit strong! As others have said, this worked really well with the garlic and lemon to cut down on some of the bitterness. I followed the instructions exactly and it was also perfectly cooked! Really enjoyed it and will make it again.
Really enjoyed this. I went a little light on the oil and used the juice of half a lemon to compensate. It worked really well. The lemon really cuts down the bitterness of the broccoli rabe. I was surprised as I cook with broccoli rabe often and it is often quite over powering.
Absolutely delicious. Saw that there were not any recent reviews and thought I would let everyone know how tender and flavorful this recipe is.
This recipe was delicious…there haven’t been any of Aaron’s recipes that we haven’t liked. We planted broccoli rabe in our garden & this is the first recipe we used for our 1st batch from the garden. Mighty tasty.
First time i made broccoli rabe and I loved it! And I am picky about vege recipes!
Just the recipe we were looking for! We never made broccoli rabe at home before and tried this recipe. It was easy and yummy…..will use this recipe again! Thank you!
