Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 dozen new potatoes
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon sea salt
Instructions
- Pour water in a 3-quart saucepan. Add potatoes, bay leaves, peppercorns, butter, parsley and salt. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until fork tender.

i did not mind th potatoes but my husband and children did not seem to think they have enough flavor and added butter on theirs. not big fan of a boiled potatoe
