Delicious! I was planning on just making a traditional pico de gallo for the carnitas recipe from this episode and adding sliced avocado. But this recipe with avocado is perfect. Even distribution of the flavors. Plus with the salt and lime, the avocado keeps and does not turn brown.
Could eat with a spoon all by itself! Don’t change a thing.
quick and tasty even with bland tomatoes I have made this several times to go with the pork carnitas
My first attempt at pico while living in Mexico, so I was nervous–competing with the “pros” here. Everyone loved it!
Easy and delicious. Make it whenever I make tacos. So fresh and yummy 🙂
I didn’t make any changes, it was delicious!
This is absolutely delicious! It was great with the burrito bowls but can stand alone as a salsa for tortilla chips or by the spoonful.
Delicious!!! We use this in all our mexican recipes that call for pico de gallo.
Awesome! Added some corn and it was delish!
I’m making the entire meal. I tasted the Pico de Gallo and it’s delicious and the pork shoulder is still cooking in the slow cooker, doing it’s thing smelling amazing. My rice is cooking, everything is coming along wonderfully. I’m sure my family will enjoy the meal! Melissa you’ve given me another treasure to add to my recipe selection.
