I was surprised how a simple recipe like this can be so tasty. I used Greek yogurt and added tomatos and corn the next day. Will repeat this one many times
A very tasty salad, but add some grape tomatoes and some feta cheese.
I added cauliflower with this ( about a full head) and added some ranch dressing and parmesan cheese, and it was soooo good! also, for leftovers, the next day, drain some of the water (not all of it) and add some powdered ranch dressing to soak up the watery stuff. I will definitely be making this again. It’s so good and so easy!
I saw this on the show today and immediately went out and made this. The garlic powder really sets it off and it was fantastic! Must try!
I really liked this recipe…it was great right after preparing it. You will not be able to eat this as a leftover, though, because it gets really runny… I tried to eat it for lunch the next day and it just wasn’t possible.
It tastes okay but a very strong flavor and has to be eaten right away.

This is a good Cucumber Salad. I love how the coolness of this salad is and it is so easy to prepare. I thought it wasn’t going to taste great , I’m new at trying other recipes and this is a wonderful receipe, quick and easy!
This is very tasty but it neglects to tell you to pull the moisture out of the cucumbers if you don’t plan on serving it right away. It gets watery if you let it sit overnight.
so easy and tasty, perfect for quick easy salads, I made it with salom patties! perfect
