Used Yukon Gold Potatoes perfect for this recipe. Added green onions, deleted chives. Used Apple cider vinegar used 1 1/2 tablespoons since I used 2lbs of potatoes. Creamy horseradish worked best used suggested amount because I made 2lbs of potatoes. Add a dash of Cajun seasoning and garlic and sea salt with ground pepper. Love this salad!!
Fantastic recipe. I cut the horseradish in half, and it came out wonderful.
I went with the suggestion of other reviewers, used 1 tablespoon of horseradish.
Salad came out perfect!

I added a touch more vinegar and used creamy horseradish because I had it on hand. I also used red skin potatoes. My family thought it was delicious.
i thought this dish was pretty good, i didn’t like the taste of the cider with this though…
I was very disappointed in this recipe. I followed it – and the 2 tablespoons of horseradish was OVER THE TOP. We are pretty open-minded on trying new foods, and actually like horseradish, but this was so awful I threw out the bowl. It was a waste. Food Network is usually right on with wonderful recipes but this one was a total dud.
The creaminess was good, but the 2 T horseradish has to be a typo. I’m not a fan of horseradish so I put in just a teaspoon, which was perfect for me. But my husband added more horseradish for his palate. I suggest adding an herb for more flavor.
