Super sweet for me not a fan.

Delicious, really has lots of flavor! The cayenne pepper gives it a zing! I added shredded carrots for color and green onions.

Fresh and delicious. So much better than pre-made deli stuff.

I made this for a large party, and everyone loved it. I did halve the milk and double the cayenne. Never had thought to use cilantro in slaw before, but will always want it in my slaw now!

Let me start with saying the commenting system on the food network site sucks!

Next…this recipe is awesome!  I added some grated carrot and green onion.  I also halved the milk to suit my taste.

Ree doesn’t like her slaw too vinegar-y or too creamy, hence, the 2 cups of milk. I like this recipe & I’ve always dressed slaw the day before to allow the dressing to be soaked up as much as it’s going to by the cabbage & that way, if it is on the dry side, I can add more dressing before serving.

I followed the recipe exactly except I cut the milk down to 1/2 cup. My husband has never, ever, liked the traditional slaw I have always made. He loved this slaw. He told me to always use this recipe for slaw. I loved it too.

Didn’t really care for this recipe. It was a bit bland, and too wet for my liking. Should have followed other suggestions and add milk until you get the consistency you like. May add small amount of onion next time to go with the cilantro.

Did not care for this slaw, sorry ree,I usually love your stuff!

Very refreshing. Following other reviewers suggestion, I added the milk until I got the consistency I wanted. I used chipotle sauce from the can rather than the cayenne. It gave it a deeper flavor. Added some carrots too. And some lime zest to freshen it. A very big hit. As one reviewer noted, using it on tacos would be great. Don’t loose the cilantro….If you don’t like cilantro, this isn’t a slaw recipe for you.
