Ingredients

  1. 1 pound white cabbage, shaved
  2. 1 pound carrots, julienned
  3. 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  4. 6 ounces whole grain mustard
  5. 1/2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  6. Salt and white pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

This is the simpler recipe I am accustomed to in Past.A “no frills” Slaw. Really prefer No Mayo.Grainy Mustard Is Hotter in the Spices category.A touch of fine ground sugar and a reducement of the Mustard should work.Even better than Sugar? Honey.Mustard & Honey are a marriage of yin~yang flavours.Should solve the issue for first reviewer.
