This recipe had very little flavor I could barely taste the shrimp over the flour. I will not be making it again

One of my all-time favorites! I’ve been making these since I first saw Nigella make them on her show in 2003!

So easy, so tasty – and all done in the food processor. That’s a big win!

I must have done something wrong but cannot figure out what, as I followed this recipe exactly. It has to be one of the worst things I’ve ever tasted: ultra greasy, glutinous, like bad Chinese take away. Sorry Nigella, you usually don’t disappoint but this was very, very bad.

Loved this. It was super easy and very very tasty. We make crab cakes all the time but this was completely different and a nice change from the usual. I’ll be making these again for sure!

I went by the recipe the first time I made them and the were delicious. The next time I added red, green and yellow peppers for color.

I made these cakes after seeing them on Nigella Bites (love that show!). My family sat around the kitchen while I fried and we ate as they became cool enough. My husband and I liked them, but my 4 year old didn’t, but that’s ok. We thought the recipe needed a little something, maybe some ginger next time. My husband made some tartar sauce for dipping. I’m a huge fan of recipes that have 5 ingredients or less! Thanks Nigella! I am so happy to see you back on TV! 🙂

i was so excited to make these but with that little frying the core stayed raw .

One of the best recipes I’ve made from this website. I went right out after watching Nigella make this and got the ingredients that I didn’t have on hand!
