Where’s the recipe? It sounds good but there’s no recipe. Please update!
I made this with the added onions, celery, and carrots. I did use more garlic. At the end I added freshly grated Parmesan. Delicious!
I made this last night and everyone loved it. I really liked the roasted type garlic, it really gave it good flavor. I’ll add celery, carrots, onion next time. Super easy.
Added 1 rib celery sliced.. 1 diced carrot.. 1 small onion and 1/2 cup almonds. I make this quite often- everyone loves it.
My family and friends love it!
Great side dish.
Yummy! Be sure to toast the pasta. Cilantro is a delicious twist.
Great… added a little extra powdered garlic since someone said the garlic flavor was so mild. I like a bit more. Also, next time I will toast the rice with the noodles to make a dark coloring. Great job!
Very tasty…added some extra spices to heat it up a bit.
Amazing! Even my 8 year old son raved about it. Better yet it is so simple. I did not have cilantro on hand so I used basil. I also did not have spaghetti/angel hair noodles on hand. I used orzo pasta, which visually I liked because the shape is similar to the rice. The garlic flavor is so mild I think I woiuld even try 3 or 4 cloves next time.
