I make this every Halloween, my guests always tell me how much they love it!
this is tasty and easy! but i did make a few adjustments. i sauteed fresh red bell pepper strips, green onion, some shredded carrot, and minced garlic to give it more flavor. fresh cracked black pepper and kosher salt. i would like to try this with the miracle noodles i’ve been reading all about. no carbs. don’t care for the cilantro. this is a great with grilled pork chops or chicken, a nice change from potatoes. robin DOES look alot different now. had to look twice to make sure it was her, she needs to eat some of that food she cooks. doesn’t look too healthy.
I really enjoyed this recipe. I thought it had good flavor, though I opted out of the peppers and used soba noodles instead of rice noodles, which she actually used udon noodles in the episode I watched. I thought the sauce was quite flavorful and light. I will be making this again.
This was a little bland… wanted it to have more flavor. Had a very hard time finding rice noodles in the store and had trouble finding chili paste Maybe more peanut butter or double the sauce to make it more creamy. Going to play with the recipie and figure it out.
The recipe is alright, no great shakes. I just happened to notice Robin had work done and looks nothing like she used to. Its so weird, it freaks me out and reaffims by belief that plastic surgery on the face never really looks good.
My kids did not care for this recipe at all. Thought it could use a little more flavor…seemed like it was missing something.
