This is my go to recipe for a crowd. It’s delicious and very easy. Sometimes I add spinach to the mixture. Also I add 2 cloves of minced garlic and some red pepper flakes. It’s a very versatile recipe.
Very easy to make and very tasty. I added garlic powder, oregeno, and basil before I topped the casserole with the last two jars of tomato sauce and cheese.
However, it did make more than 8-10 servings…it was more like 16 servings.
I cut the recipe in half and made it for the family. Everyone loved it. This one is a keeper.
I halved the recipe and it turned out delicious! They vegetables were crisp and crunchy, just the way I like them! This is a great dish for a weeknight (then you can freeze the leftovers!).
This was ok…..I really didn’t understand the need for the two eggs. I did add some garlic.
My family really enjoyed this recipe. It was easy for me to make & my boyfriend thought it was wonderful. I have to give it a 5 for that.
We make this all the time to bring to large casual parties. It is always a favorite for people. The different pastas make for a nice surprise to a familiar food.
I cut the recipe in half and made this for dinner tonight for my family. We have plenty left over for tomorrow night as well. Even though it was good, it had about the same flavor as most other pasta bake dishes. I did like it, though, and will probably make it again.
very good
My wife loved it. I thought it was just so-so. We split the difference and give 4 stars.
