In the show she used red and orange pepper also not sugar she used brown sugar I just watched this episode today just in case you want to do it the way she did I will rate once I make it
The most flavorful , juicy lamb burgers ever! The tzidiki was so yummy that my husband coated his entire baked potato too.
Best lamb burger I ever had was at the Anatolia (Turkish) Restaurant in Jakarta in 2000. Wonderful cumin, minty, spicy paprika flavors that enhanced the lamb served with a yogurt sauce (sort of a variation on a Tzatziki sauce. This one almost as good.
I tried this at the kitchen it is very tasty, not sure if I will tackle making it home, I will just go back to order it 🙂
Did not try it at home, ate it at the kitchen prepared by the experts!
The best lamb burger i have ever had. addicting
Only added a little roasted peppers since I had them. Thought this was a very good burger and topped it off w/ Taziki sauce. Would make it again. Love to use lamb.
I ate at this Dinner after a Funeral. “FREE food” , and I’m glad , because everything I tasted was garbage. If I were paying for it I would have complained. And yes I didn’t eat even though it was FREE!!!!!! BARF
will try to master this… very tasty
