sounds great and easy… I love easy
This was a good recipe. I can’t eat garlic, but I can use garlic infused olive oil, so I did that with the thyme, salt, and pepper, and it came out nice. I took it out of the oven at 155 degrees and it was a tiny bit dry for my taste, so next time I will take it out at 145 and let it rest.
yummy
This is a very time friendly recipe and it tastes good too.
I had never made it before. so I made a go of it with dried thyme and pre-chopped garlic. I also used celery salt and cracked pepper. given the time to rest this was wonderful.I even had leftovers for parmesan toast the next day.
This is A Best I never Make This And Is Easy To Cook
Real easy to prepare. Just added small red potatoes and it made the it even better. A meal in one pot.

This pork roast marinated in the fridge for about 4 hours then i browned all sides on the stovetop. the roast was cooked on the BBQ covered in tinfoil….this was an excellent moist roast that everyone loved!
