This recipe needs a lot more! Red wine vinegar instead red wine, or both, more spices. Onions in marinade. Salt for sure! Soy sauce maybe. Good experiment!!
Do not discard the marinade, (why trow away all the good stuff?: as pork chops are cooking add a spoon of flour (I used gluten free flour, mix, whisk, bring to a boil. Nice gravy!!

I was not thrilled with the taste…I thought it would have been full of flavor being that I prepared it and left it marinade for 2 days instead of one hour because I ran into scheduling problems with the kids so I left it to cook the next day. There seemed to have been as if there should have been spices (like salt, cumin and pepper that could have been added at the end before cooking that would have helped

It was pretty good for such an easy recipe. Though I think next time I make this, I think I will take some of the suggestions into consideration too.

My husband and I both liked the recipe. I thought it was a nice change because I always bake my pork chops. I did add some Emerald Seasoning to the marinade and salt & pepper when pan searing the chops. Very quick and easy too!

Definitely needs salt and pepper added before cooking. The pork chops turned out good though for the small amount of work needed to put into them. You get what you put in I guess.
