I thought this was an excellent recipe.

This is one of the easiest salmon dishes I really enjoy making. It’s tastes great and it’s quick.

I make my sauce very similar to this one. The only difference is I add one Tablespoon of Freshly squeezed OJ, 1/4 of salt and 1/4 of black pepper. I coat the top and sides and put it on a broiler pan and broil for 12 minutes while glazing every few minutes. When the salmon is finished I open it up lightly with a fork and brush on the rest of the sauce. It comes out very crispy on the top and super moist and delicious on the inside.

I use a similar recipe and add bread crumbs on top – keeps the salmon moist. Have to put foil on top to keep bread crumbs from becoming too toasted until the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Great recipe, so easy and delicious!

I agree with those that said something was missing. I love salmon and the ingredients sounded like they should work well together… but… somehow it just had no flavor. The method of cooking produced a moist and not overcooked salmon, but not very pretty to look at. Oh well.

The recipe was simple to make. The combination of honey mustard taste great with chicken. But for the salmon, did not taste good to my taste bud. I was not impress by its flavors and will not make it again.

Recipe was easy to follow and I had all the ingredients in my fridge. It was my first attempt at cooking salmon and I was satisfied with the flavor of it. It came out very tasty, but mustard didn’t do much to the fish, just sort of sat on top of the fish.

Extreemly easy and delicious! Not to mention, very healthy. Family loved it. Asked for it again the next night.
