Hated blue/bleu cheese all my life… went to Dave & Busters with my kids and they raved about the blue/bleu cheeseburgers… watched Chef Robert make them on Dinner Impossible and thought, okay, I’ll try them…. WOW… converted!!! His recipe is amazing!!!!!!!!
I make this regularly. It is very good.
Adding the blue cheese inside was fun and certainly is a good flavor for a burger. It seemed to be missing something – maybe top it off with some prosciutto ham or something. Also, we couldn’t find Calgary steak seasoning so we used Montreal instead.
This was a great burger! I love Blue Cheese and this was my heavenly blue cheese burger. My two children like to have some blue cheese absolutely loved this burger. My youngest in the 3rd grade shared this with her friends and a teacher and now I am being asked by the school to make this for the next fundraiser. This is so simple to make and was a big hit.
