Hmmm, what else is there to say other than YUM!?!? A terrific twist that can really spice up ANY run of the mill cookie! It’s a little time consuming to apply the topping to each cookie, but I find the end result is well worth it! 🙂
My only other complaint is, whenever I bring these to a party, there are never any left for me! :p
I agree completely; THIS IS NOT A RECIPE!!! I mean, come on!
This isn’t a RECIPE since recipes actually require some work that don’t involve common sense. Who is this lady?
Wow, if only I could rate it with a few negative stars. Seriously, this is something a chef came up with?! The only thing worse than this is Sandra Lee’s truffles or Rachel Ray’s midnight bacon! Thanks for dumbing down cooking!
This recipe is just so sweet: first the spread tops the cookie, then the cookie gets to top the spread.
I think the next time I get stoned these will be the perfect munchies fix! Thanks Robin! What a great recipe. This way I can’t injure myself trying to actually “bake” cookies while stoned. What a great “chef” you are. Keep it coming! Now if I could just find that recipe for dried fruit & nuts and a recipe for Nutella on toast…..I don’t like to make anything from scratch. Only processed foods already done for me. Two ingredients or less……..Oooh that sounds like a great idea for a new food network show to me!
Seriously, this is worthy of Food Network? This is something you find on a magazine ad for cookies or Nutella. There’s nothing recipe about this.
If someone is so culinarily challenged that they can’t come up with this stuff themselves and think that “recipes” like this are the bee’s knees, then it’s pretty sad.
At this rate, I’m waiting for a “recipe” for buttered toast.
I don’t think this is a healthy recipe for kids. Hazelnut spreads like Nutella have about 200 calories per 2 tbsp. So to add 4 tbsp of the spread would itself add 400 calories!
Technically, it is a recipe. Instructions on how to prepare something.
And yes, it is good. And techniically, some of the reviews are not from trying this recipe. The rest of us know it is simple. THAT’S WHY WE ARE USING IT! Difficult, involved, time consuming, and expensive isn’t our only choice is it??

This is a great idea to put Nutella between the cookies. I put it between my homemade peanutbutter cookies and it was DELICIOUS! I love these little added touches that make a cookie something other than plain whether its store bought or homemade. Thanks Robin.
