Ingredients
- 1 single-serve cup fruit flavored custard style low fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup granola or Grape Nuts
- 1 cup cut fruit from in store service deli
Instructions
- Layer custard style fruit yogurt with granola or Grape nuts and chunks of cut fruit. The fruit costs more cut than fresh, but when your cooking for 1, whole pineapples and melons can be daunting. Here, it’s worth the extra cost to treat your body to some fresh fruit.

It’s good and looks like a tasty dessert, but this is not a recipe, it’s just store bought ingredients that are probably processed with all sorts of bad things, Rachel Ray I know these are 30 minute meals, but use fresh ingredients, not store bought processed food at the grocery store.
Healthy and perfect as dessert OR breakfast! Looks classy in a wine glass too.
I think this recipe is awesome, and one of my favs!! I ate it all the time when I was preggo with my first child and will again with this one.

I tried this recipe at a dinner party, and got great reviews from my guests. A light refrehing dessert at the end of a great meal. I prepare this dessert often because its a wonderful snack. LOVE RACHEL RAY’S DESSERTS

A great way to finish a meal with a tasty dessert. I used blended strawberry yogurt and canned pineapple chunks and bananas, left out the strawberries and nuts. I never thought about using yogurt in a dessert but it was yummy.
