I used this to go with a Recipe for my Bavarian Cream which I was using for a Cheesecake I was making for my Sweetheart. It was Perfect! I did use my hand mixer to quicken the process. I definitely will Keep this Recipe as an All Time Favorite. Thank You Alton!!

My husband is a huge lime fan! I made this for his birthday! He said this was something he would get at a high end restaurant! My neighbor and I are not key lime fans but still enjoyed the dessert!

Accidentally hit one star when scrolling. It wouldn’t let me change it. I give 4 stars.

Agree with others on mixer.  I felt like I was not getting anywhere with whisk.  I got out the hand mixer.  I used organic heavy whip cream and swerve confection sugar.  1tsp vanilla.  Yum!

Works better with confectioners sugar / powdered sugar. A lot smoother and not grainy. Used 1 and a half tablespoons of sugar and added a 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract.

I used Sweet Leaf Organic Granulated  Stevia in place of sugar.  Used Kitchen Aid  stand mixer for about 2 minutes on # 8 speed. Delicious

So good! One of the best whipped cream I’ve had! I love whipped cream and could eat this one by the spoon. It’s a little sweet for my mom so for her I add 1 tablespoon of sugar but I like it with 2
