Ingredients
- 1 (15-ounce) can strawberry pie filling (recommended: Comstock More Fruit)
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/3 cup chopped candied walnuts, plus more for garnish
- 16 oatmeal cookies
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- Caramel sauce, for serving (recommended: Mrs. Richardson’s)
- 4 sliced fresh strawberries, for garnish
Instructions
- Stir together strawberry pie filling, allspice, and chopped candied walnuts. Set aside.
- Crumble 2 oatmeal cookies each in the bottom of 4 parfait glasses. Divide half of the strawberry mixture among the 4 glasses along with a scoop of ice cream. Garnish with caramel sauce, candied walnuts and strawberries.

This doesn’t look appetizing at all. All the gooey canned pie filling seems pretty heavy and gross. I think some good ice cream and fresh fruit with an oatmeal cookie crumbled on top sounds good though…
