Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tablespoon corn syrup
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, bring sugar, water and corn syrup to a boil. Let cool, then add lime juice and sour cream. Churn in an ice cream maker and freeze until needed.
Reviews
I made this recipe twice and both times it came out a little gritty. While I love the flavor, it left me a little flat. I would change the recipe to enhance the sweetness and play down the sour cream just a little.
