Ingredients
- 1 pint butter pecan ice cream
- 4 jiggers spiced rum (recommended: Captain Morgan)
- Cold root beer
Instructions
- Pour spiced rum into a tall glass and top with root beer. Place a scoop of ice cream on rim of glass and serve with a long spoon and a straw.
