This was so easy, added walnuts and marshmellows!! everyone LOVED it!!!
I use this recipe fairly often and the brand of chips makes a difference in the quantity you need Quite often Store brands require another 2-4 oz to set properly and I stir every 30 seconds after the first minute It should be thoroughly smooth and thick before you put in the nuts and Marshmallows if not add a couple more ounces of chocolate chips while its still hot stir quickly to melt them if its to cool microwave 15 seconds and stir repeat adding chips tell its the right consistency thick and smooth
Does not work I’m sad
I have used this recipe for a few years now & it always comes out great! Everyone asks for it!
I tried raspberry extract in lieu of vanilla & it was awesome. I highly recommend

Quick, easy, yummy,
Love this recipe because it taste so good and on top of that it is so easy.
The condensed milk boiled over. Also, 5 mins dried out the chocolate just a tad bit much. Would recommend keeping a close eye on the microwave while heating. It was still workable and the final product tasted delicious! The nuts add such a great texture!
Super easy and delicious.
Good. Add miniature marshmallows too and you have delicious Rocky Road Fudge!
QUESTION?? Anyone made them w/the white semi seeet choc chips? I did and they wouldn’t set completely. The next day they had melted back down to a gooey mess. I did also add cashews to this batch. I’ve made 5 batches w/the choc. semi sweet chips, omitted the nuts and they were perfect. My family loves them. It does only take about two minutes in my microwave.
