Marc Silverstein Noodle Kugel

  0.0 – 0 reviews  • Easy Baking
There are many ways to make a kugel, including both savory and sweet, but the classic formula combines noodles, eggs, sour cream and cottage cheese, and tends to be sweet. This version, made with egg noodles and flavored with cinnamon, nutmeg, orange zest and raisins, leans traditional.
