Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 (17-ounce) pizza dough ball
- 2 cups fruit topping of your choice, optional (sliced strawberries or chopped pineapple)
Instructions
- Preheat an oven with a pizza stone to 550 degrees F, if possible. If your oven does not go up to 550 degrees F, preheat it to the highest temperature possible.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar together well combined. In a second bowl mix together brown sugar, melted butter, and walnuts.
- Roll pizza dough onto a 12-inch pizza screen. Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture on top of the dough. Distribute a layer of fruit topping evenly over the cream cheese, if desired. Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture on top of the pizza and bake in oven for 12 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve.

Made this with pineapple, but without walnuts, it was excellent. And yes, as with any pizza, you cook this as hot and fast as possible. In this case, 550 degrees for 12 minutes.
Andrew, you DO bake the pizza at 550 for 12 minutes. Next time you’re tempted to give a recipe you haven’t bothered to try one star, maybe you should make sure you know what you’re talking about.
the recipie never tells you what to bake the pizza at it only says to pre heat the oven and stone at 550 degrees and a 16 year old kid like my cousin wouldnt know better than to not cook this for 12 min at 550 degrees
