I have made this many times with all kinds of fruit and it is ALWAYS a hit. I use the phyllo cups from the frozen department and always make home made whipped cream. So easy and so good.

I made these last year but added a dash of vanilla extract & lemon zest and it was a huge hit at our 4th of July celebration!! My husband asked me to make them for our New Year’s Day luncheon ( I topped with raspberries & nuts) and again it was a big hit with a different group of people. I’ve already been asked to make it again for the 4th this year! Easy & so pretty & delish! (I use the phyllo cups)..

I read all the reviews and combined several ideas and these were a HUGE hit at work for our July 4th celebration! I combined 8 oz cream cheese and 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk and blended with the mixer until smooth – no lumps. Then I added the zest of 2 lemons and 1 tsp of vanilla bean paste and mixed everything well. In a separate bowl, I beat 1 cup whipping cream with 1/2 cup confectionary sugar until stiff peaks formed. I combined the 2 bowls together and beat by hand until fully incorporated. Yummy! I didn’t like the idea of a big chunk of strawberry, so I chopped up the strawberries and put a small amount for each of the red cups and I used 3 blueberries for each of the blue cups. The perfect flag!

Made it with home made tartlette shells but very time consuming so made it memorial day with phyllo cups. big hit. Had to get up at the crack of dawn to make them before leaving for the parade so love the idea of the mini marshmallow barrier. Love the idea of the mini vanilla cupcake too Will do that for the 4th.

I had made this recipe on the Forth of July and it was a big hit. My family request it often for a light dessert. I added almond extract and extra powder sugar to taste. Love this simple, tasty and bite size dessert.

Love this! I make it with cream cheese, cool whip, white vanilla and confectioners sugar. The real trick for me and I think it adds that little kick is to add a little lime juice…UUMMM…Yummy. My office mates won’t let me bring anything else to food day!

loved it! and so easy to make! i used puff pastry shells instead. coul not find the tartlet shells, but i use a lot of puff pastry anyway……i want to make this for a fall neighborhood brunch/coffee. i would omit the fruit and use canned pumpkin. kinda like pumpkin cheesecake. and top with candied pecans. how much pumpkin would u add to the cheese mixture???
