I made this for the first time two days before Thanksgiving. Outrageous tasting dessert. You can only have a small piece as it is so rich. If you are a Chocolate fanatic-you must make this recipe.
This is an amazing recipe. Very simple to make and has a huge wow factor. Serve it with sugared rasberries and fresh whipped cream for a decadent dessert. Works well cutting recipe in half and cooking in small loaf pan.
So easy it is silly. Delicious.
I bake and cool the terrine and then use it to fill pre-purchased tart shells. Topped with whipped cream and shaved chocolate, they make elegant and easy finger desserts – just like creamy fudge in a cookie shell – YUM!
This dessert was so easy to make and it received high kudos from 12 guests.
This Terrine is absolutely delicious and was a big hit at a church gathering…in fact the minister’s wife took some home for her family but ate it after they all went to bed!
Many people have asked me to make this for them which I am happy to do. Definitely easy…except finding room for it in the refrigerator overnight and protecting it from “Sleep Walkers”.
