Instructions

  1. Beat 8 ounces softened cream cheese with 3 tablespoons sugar and 3 tablespoons heavy cream. Put a heaping teaspoon of graham cracker crumbs in each glass. Top with the cream cheese mixture, chopped canned or fresh pears and sliced crystallized ginger.

I added 1/4tsp vanilla as well. I gave a 5 for diversity on this. My kids love the fact they could add their favorite fruit or topping. Added bonus I use the mixture to add to cake pops instead of frosting as a binder. YUMMMM!!!!

I would have given the recipe a 5 but added 1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract for extra flavor. I’d give it a 5 for a quick last minute desert.
