Favorite ambrosia recipe Very refreshing. To save time and calories I used Low Fat Cool Whip. I used green grapes, 1 tangerine, crushed pineapple, toasted pecan’s, marshmallows, maraschino cherries. No coconut. Will make again, again and again.

This ambrosia recipe is excellent and the best. Modified with whipped cream from the can, marshmallows already prepared, and shredded coconut. Could hardly wait the two hours! Fresh and simply divine.

I made this for my husband. I substituted store-bought marshmallows, canned mandarin oranges and added a pinch of salt. He absolutely loved it (I did too).

My grandson who is in the Navy loves this I make it for him on the Christmas holidays. My grandmother used to make it for the Christmas holidays. Great recipe.

The absolute best, most reliable Ambrosia recipe (although I confess, I don’t make my own marshmallows). This is the dish I’m asked to bring to gatherings most often. A culinary certainty.

A family favorite for our Christmas dinner growing up. Brought back memories. Kids and adults love it. ( I only used 1/2 of the marshmallows).

This is a good ambrosia. I used Cool Whip and pre-made marshmallows. It’s important to use sweet mandarins (clementines) and pineapple so the result isn’t too sour. I cut my mandarin segments in half.
