I really liked this. Didn’t pay a lot of attention to proportions, just kind of winged it. Turned out great and I could kind of adjust it to different persons’ taste. More coffee for some, more ice cream or soda for others.  I think that’s the beauty of this drink/dessert.

I served this last night to friends and everybody agreed it’s the perfect dessert when the temperatures are close to 100 degrees. It’s been years since I had a float and this one was fabulous.

i made this for my boyfriend because he lovvves cream soda. He rated it a 9.5 out of 10. He loved all of the different flavors incorporated in the drink. I tried it myself and thought it was delicious!!

I used vanilla ice cream and strong Starbuck’s coffee and it turned out beautifully. A rich yet refreshing treat.

This is a fantastic recipe. The espresso, Amaretto and cream soda blend beautifully, and the vanilla gelato is perfect, both for taste and texture. The drink is not too sweet and not too alcoholic, a real taste treat. Make this and you will be glad you did.
