is this real??? Are the dog buscuits SAFE for human consumption?
I made this for my shih tzu before the show aired. I personally didn’t try them but he devoured every morsel I offered him so they must be canine delish. I wasn’t that impressed with the overall show but the recipes sounded interesting and plan to give some a try. I would like to see a food show devoted to cooking for pets but think it should be on some channel like the Animal Planet.
i am sure that any animal owner, i have 3 dogs, would find this show not just informative but helpful. i know lots of people who cook for their dogs & many more would if they knew of some quick & easy ways to incorporate dog food with human food. one of my dogs was recently ill & for over 2 months all he could eat was chicken, rice, & special dog biscuits. wish this had premiered 2 months earlier! i am looking forward to it. …and , if you don’t like what you see, change the channel & don’t waste space with your selfish comments! can’t wait ‘ti tonight to watch it!
Paulette you are completely wrong. Dog lovers will love to see this episode. I am really interested in seeing what they make. I have a sick little guy whose my heart and if i can find some way to make little snacks or meals for my dog so he can have something special through this rough time then so be it. Yes people are having tough times. i know personally because i am one of those people. I know that people resent the rich. i sometimes get angry that others have it easier than myself but it’s life. I think the show will be fun to watch. I have never seen the show personally but i am definitely watching tomorrow night for the first time because I want to see the dogs and their foods. Can’t wait for the episode!!!!
I’m in shock that Paulette decided to use a “recipe” to rate a show when the show doesn’t premiere until FRIDAY. Talk about assumptions from previews – seriously, some people just have issues. Plus, isn’t the FN Evening Programming supposed to be fun & exciting. I personally will be watching this show – from the vid clips I’ve seen, it looks like it will be great!
i couldn’t believe how low The Food Network had gone when I saw the previews of the Chefs of Beverly Hills. There is nothing wrong with chefs in Beverly Hills, but to cook for rich people’s dogs? Who cares anyhow? Why air this fluff?
At a time when people are hit by economic struggles right and left, do you really think anybody wants to see a bunch of rich people that have nothing better to do with their money than feed a bunch of dogs?
I like animals but this episode is VERY POOR TASTE AND as much as I love watching the Food Network, I will quit watching it and tell others about the poor selection of shows you are calling educational and worthwhile.
You have an opportunity to educate and entertain and you pick this? Whoever came up with the idea for this show SHOULD BE CHOPPED!
